What a wonderful place to stay! Thru a travel agency to the back and up to room which was all you would ever need we even had a balcony! A bonus the beautiful breakfast which is 2 doors down and very enjoyable! Let’s talk about staff!! We have never had such helpful friendly and approachable help in our stays! David went above the beyond organising transport to sapa and even when we had a problem in sapa he did everything to help us! Thom was a joy to have around too! Thank you Family Suite we would definately recommend and position is perfect too!

Excellent location and amazing staff. Staff allowed us a late checkout so we could use the room before our flight out. Would stay here again.

We arrived tired from traveling overnight, they allowed us to check in extra early, we're very helpful and friendly and we booked a great tour to Ninh Binh. Rooms were very big and we'll stocked, and the location is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, close to many cafes and restaurant. Btw the Italian restaurant right in front of the hotel, is amazing. The receptionist, Natalie, was perfect in helping in any way I needed.

Excellent hotel for staying in the center of Hanoi, breakfasts in the neighboring hotel are very good, Mr.Quang at the reception shows exceptional attention to each guest, the staff helps in everything, the location is two steps from the lake and many shops around it. The hotel deserves the highest rating.
