A great location 1 minute from the lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful and organised a day tour for us and a very reliable transfer to and from the airport. The staff go out of their way to help you. Also, very comfortable bed!

Breakfast lovely - loads of choice. Room on 5th floor so away from noise although not sound proof. Nice balcony.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. This company owns a few smallish hotels in this street. Breakfast was less than a minute's walk away in a different hotel. Great food and rooftop location. Hotel rooms were large. Comfortable beds and good lighting. We stayed on 3 separate occasions during our North Vietnam visit. I found the first room a bit run down and street noise was noticeable. We asked for a different room after that and were moved to a comfortable and quiet room in their next door hotel. I have read some very bad recent reviews of this hotel. However overall I would recommend it because of location, breakfast, bed comfort and room size.
