Right from local tours taxis tickets to shopping tips they were very good to us. All the staff is very courteous and made our stay experience extremely comfortable.

This was my second time staying at Beryl Signature Hotel & Travel. I loved it the first time and loved it the second time too. The room was really clean, spacious and had everything you would want for a great stay, including a really comfortable bed. Beryl is also really closely located to many of the places to visit in the Old town and Joan Kiem lake (all within short walking distance). The staff were super friendly, just as I remembered from my previous stay and, if I ever get back to Hanoi, would love to stay at Beryl again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the center of Hanoi. It's located perfectly to explore the old quarter and all important sights by foot. Just outside the hotel doors you already have great food and coffee options to enjoy. We recommend 'Banh bao binh mo' for delicious banh mi and the best bao in town. On the corner lies Cà Phê Hoài for some authentic Vietnamese coffee with locals. More great breakfast options are mere 5min walk away. The hotel is really new and shows no sign of wear. Everything is in perfect condition. Super comfortable bed, amazing shower, enough room for backpacks and clothes etc. We felt really taken care of by the friendly staff, who is always all smiles and eager to help. We hope to return one day!

ALL THE STAFF GREAT we liked our stay here 😀 PHUC AT RECEPTION AND THE GUY HELPING WITH OUR LUGGAGE VERY PROACTIVE ALWAYS READY TO HELP AND VERY POLITE. Another Restaurant guy served breakfast and I forgot name so kind even called our tour guy to help us get our bus correctly. Awesome service. 👌 Location great near to train station and rooms having all basic amenities

Great location , near to Train Street and the Hanoi Hilton , right in the hustle and bustle of the beautiful city. reception were great and really helpful, esp with our onward travel plans and tours. The room was large and very comfortable, with all the facilities it claimed to have . Great place, central location.
