Friendly staff , great location , easy access to the night market and 7 min. Walk to the lake. Ming was really helpful and his English made things very easy. A special mention to the manager, Huwang I had lost my mobile phone and lent me his mobile to reschedule my international flight I spent 2 Hours on it used up his credit and did not charge me cent Thank you Huwang. The room 601 , top floor were spacious clean and a very comfortable big bed I loved the balcony it overlooked the rooftops of Hanoi. There is some fading live band music playing nearby but it doesn't last all night. There are great restaurants nearby just ask Ming I had a great meal at Ganh Ha Noi you must book otherwise you'll miss out. overall 9/10

The staff were kind and helpful. The location was great for walking around Hanoi. The price for the location in the Old Quarter and accommodation was a great deal. We had a nice balcony and room had lots of space.

Very conveniently located right next to the bus station, if you are coming in the middle of the night, this place is perfect and the room has everything needed for one night or more.

The location is good, but it is located in a very small street. You need to walk to the main road to get a taxi. The advantage is that the room is very quiet, which may be because there is no window. There is a barbecue restaurant downstairs that is open until 2 o'clock, and you can hear a little bit of noise. The boss is very enthusiastic, but his English is average. The door is opened with a key, and there is no room card.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We chose this hotel for our last night in Hanoi. So, it was quite a good option if you just need to sleep over before your flight.

location in old quaters was great, but the best thing about the Hotel was the friendly, very helpful staff and their willingness to help us with the language, getting cab, ideas for food and booking trips.
