The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to your needs. The buffet food selection was different each morning which was nice- also a massive range to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice.

Highly Recommended! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable with many dishes to choose from. Although it’s very busy outside it’s actually not noisy at all in the room.

Everything about our stay was perfect, especially the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The reception team was extremely warm and helpful, and the bar and restaurant staff were just as friendly and professional. Their hospitality truly stood out, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

Very new hotel and everything is nice. Room size is good for a small/young family. Staff were helpful and gave recommendations when asked. Tour desk had plenty of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is in a close proximity to many places of interest! The hotel is well decorated, staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us to organise the personal trip to the Tam Chuc Pagoda on January 1 and it was an amazing experience. This hotel has an excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh meal and vegetarian options. They also advised us a good restaurant for the January 1 “As Busy As It Gets”. They answered the messages immediately in WhatsApp. All the time we felt under their care. Maybe the best hotel in all Hanoi!
