Everything was excellent! Location is good, about 8 minutes walk from the ferry stop. The host was very kind, helpful and accommodating, allowing us to keep our luggage there before our check in and providing us with late checkout. The breakfast was very good and sufficient (see photo for reference). The view was magnificent and the apartment was very clean. Recommend it 100%.

The view is just so amazing and having the breakfasts served in our room is such a wonderful experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. We definitely did not regret our decision to stay with Polreich.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, and the view was unbeatable. Having breakfast in the room was such a treat! The staff were super lovely and incredibly helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in and finding them already in the room when we arrived. A fantastic experience all around!

Loved everything about our stay in Polreich. We chose this hotel because of the high rating and good review from their previous guests. The location of the hotel is very strategic as it was just a short walk (less than 500m) from P2 car park, salt mine station and the centre of town. On the day of our arrival, both P1 and P2 car park were full and we felt so lucky to have chosen this hotel as we managed to find a spot to drop the elderly ( next to the hypermarket) and unloaded our luggage before walking to the hotel which was just about 200m away. Although we had to park our car at P4 and walked 2km to the hotel but Phillip (the host) was so kind to have sent us back to our car after we checked out. The breakfast prepared by Phillip was very well plated and the omelette is amazing! We get to have breakfast with swans just outside of the window too. Coffee from the cafe was ordinary but perhaps due to our strong taste and high expectation on coffee. The rooms (we booked all the 3 rooms for our whole family) are very beautiful, comfortable, sparkling clean, well equipped and with fantastic views of the lake and church of Hallstatt. The host is sincere and put in a lot of effort in welcoming his guest. We will definitely go back to this hotel if we have the chance in the future. Will sure recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives too. Try to book early to have no regrets!

- Located right at the beginning of Hallstatt the room provides an unparalleled view of the lake. - The rooms are well furnished providing all the amenities expected. We especially loved the round bed, a first we came across at any property. - Good breakfast served in the room with the lake view of enjoy the meal. - The town is fairly small and all the major viewpoints to take some amazing photographs are a short walk away.

The hotel is located right on the lake, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains reflected in the water with swans gliding by—a truly unique experience to wake up to. The breakfast delivered to the room is fantastic, and the hotel staff is very attentive to requests. The room is stylish and comfortable, and the central location in Hallstatt is ideal.

1. Very close the Hallstatt main bus station, just a 2 minute walk. 2. Easy self check in 3. Staff who delivered breakfast was very helpful
