Great location for the train station and buses. Free toiletries and good quality coffee. We were able to check in two hours early as the room was ready.

I spent two nights in Hakone and had a wonderful time. This hotel is perfectly placed, close to the station and shops/restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty close by. There is no reception but the systems work well. A comfortable, no thrills stay.

The accommodation was in the perfect location. It was exactly what it said- compact. Communication was easy and all information clear. We really enjoyed our stay in Yumoto Hakone- we loved the railway to the mountains and the natural springs. Fabulous spot.

Very good location, easy to find, clean, comfortable. Hotel had good communication with guests through email (self check in and check out was easy).

Great little property close to the Hakone Yumoto station. Perfect little room with a big comfortable bed and nice little bathroom. Free tea and coffee was also nice. Great to be able to store our bags before and after check in.

Close to train and bus stations, convenience stores, restaurants.. There's a space where you can leave your luggage before and after check in/out

Great location, just across the street from the train station, and surrounded by lots of restaurants/shops. Staff was really helpful - arrived slightly earlier than check in time and we were allowed to check in early as our room was available. Written instructions were also provided for check in/out and were really clear and informative.

Room was compact and beds comfortable. Location was at the station with many eateries and shops. The futon area was a nice touch to the room.
