The place is beautiful and peaceful, the view to the lake is dreamy and makes you want to stay longer, you get to see it from everywhere in the hostel. The food is delicious even tho a bit expensive. The staff was the best part, they all made me feel so welcome I hope I get to visit again some day. From my arrival Marcela was really sweet and helpful giving me all the info I needed; Carolina was the sweetest and really caring of me. The guys from the bar were such a vibe and caring as well (I can only remember Alex' and German's name at the moment, but I know there's a third one and he also deserve to be mentioned, sorry I don't remember his name 😅). Kudos to the cleaning staff, they kept the place looking stunning and were really kind to me as well. It was a wonderful New Year's celebration, thank you all for making it so special.

The staff we're amazing as a solo traveller they made me feel welcome and not alone. Included me in all activities. I recommend this place for a great escape from the city

A big thanks to the front desk staff! They were extremely helpful in arranging our transfers and organizing activities like kayaking. We had an amazing time, and the food and drinks were excellent as well. We can't wait to come back!

The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The reception staff helped us rent a kayak, and it was incredible. There are so many activities to do, we just ran out of time.

We planned to stay for one night but ended up staying for two. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and having a bathroom inside the room was a plus. Thanks to the host, we had a great time with the activitiesl.
