Philip “Great location, but improvements to the hotel should be made”

The location is great, with a super view of the rock. The hotel itself in some respects looks nice from the outside, next to the lake. There is free parking and it has a swimming pool which was pleasant to use after a day sightseeing - though it could have been heated a little warmer. The staff were pleasant though there are a number of improvements which should be made.

The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from La Piedra and you can get to Guatapé in 15 minutes. The hotel has a great view from the outdoor area and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Great location, nice relaxing pool with a view. Comfortable rooms, very attentive staff, nice private Jacuzzi. Super sweet dog named Mumu
