Rooms over Lovely pub so some natural bar noise drifted upwards but very friendly helpful and welcoming. Excellent Food and hearty breakfasr

The whole experience was excellent…. Hotel and staff were beyond reproach…. The food was superb… all in all an excellent break 😊

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast server was very jolly which was nice to see, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of breakfast beverages, tea/coffee, juice, etc. The room was lovely, with historic decor, beams, partial stone wall, and classic looking. The landing and rooms have interesting Tarzan wall art.

Very welcoming and helpful. The Boot & Shoe was easy to find and we were able to park nearby. The food was fantastic and we had a lovely evening. Our four legged friend had a wonderful time and was made very welcome too.
