Location was perfect and the facilities were superb, room was super comfy and had everything that we needed. Perfect accommodation for a trip away with a partner.

We had a lovely stay in Grassington, the property was really easy to find with ample parking for guests and just a short walk from the village centre it was just perfect for us. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink was a bit small and difficult to clean your teeth in it was so small but the shower was nice. Our only niggle was that our cups and spoons weren't changed for the second day and the sink wasn't cleaned in the bathroom. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return if we are in the area.

Location was great and the room was warm and clean. Basic furniture and comfort. We were surprised that neither the tea tray was replenished or our bed was made. The room was expensive for what we received.

It’s a room not a hotel so breakfast you have to go out for. But saying that the room was lovely comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. Location ideal and I will go back again. Would recommend it.
