The property itself is beautiful. I had a king room in building 5 which was lovely with a balcony. It was very clean and service was daily. The king bed was very comfortable which was surprising as in a number of hotels, the king bed can be very hard. It is an older property but that does not detract from its charms. The staff were exceptional and very helpful.

Stayed here as a close option for a hot air balloon ride. Resort feels quite tired and didn't really wow me in any way.
