Please note that the outdoor pool is open from May 1 until September 30.Outdoor hot tub is open from 1 September to June 30.Please note, when booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.It is requested to informed in advance if you travel with pets. The supplement is €10 per day per pet. A maximum of 2 pets of up to 30 kilos each are accepted.Pets cannot be left alone in the room and must be properly leashed or in a pet carrier bag in the common areas at all times. There are restricted access areas for pets: restaurant and pool. However, we have a dining area where you can access with your animals. They can also use the terrace.Customers traveling with bicycles:It is requested to informed in advance if you travel with bicycles.
The Hotel has a garage for bicycles. A €20 deposit will be requested for the key.

Everything was perfect. Clean comfortable. Good food. Excellent breakfast. Nice atmosphere. We have been here several times and it has even improved, recently. We highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms had been upgraded and were very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was better than previous visits, a few yrs ago. We liked the cooked food, excellent scrambled eggs. We enjoyed the spinach cannelloni for evening meal.

Very helpful staff indeed given they managed an added "challenge": I did arrive with a large van the size of which the usual car park could not accommodate. Nevertheless, the receptionist reacted very quickly and courteously and found a space where my vehicle was safe whilst other guests were not inconvenienced. Well done! Nice restaurant too.

The hotel has a really warm and comfortable feel as soon as you walk in. The lounge areas are very comfortable with an honesty bar that was well stocked and reasonably priced. We had our dogs with us and although we were unable to take them into the restaurant we were able to book a table in the bar area and were served there for dinner. The food at the restaurant was extremely good and very well priced too. The bedroom was well decorated and very comfortable with Rituals amenities in the bathroom. The parking was secure too and was free to park. I would definitely stay here again.

Our second time staying here on our road trip to and from england. We left some sentimental items here on the last trip and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve them. Cannot thank them enough for their communication, understanding and kindness. We recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to or through Girona.

Our second time here was as great as the first! Very dog friendly, walking distance from the center of Girona and a really good restaurant (dog friendly dining area).
