The apartment was lovely, cosy, spacious and it felt very safe. The surrounding area was a little questionable when walking around but the apartment has 24/7 security which made us feel comfortable and safe. The location was good, in walking distance from the bus stop, taxi rank and some restaurants / shops. The host were super lovely, friendly and accommodating, they even helped organise out transport to and from the hotel.

The apartments on the ground floor need to check their ACs. We had to change rooms because of water leaking out of the AC. Had to be in the room without AC for a few hours, before they agreed for a change of room. The room then offered to us was without a window. After the AC was repaired we weren't offered the same room because they offered it to another guest.

It was clean, spacious and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay (microwave, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, etc.) I didn’t need to bother the front desk, not once.

I had an exceptional stay here, very spacious and clean.Everyone was respectful and friendly. The safety of this property was a 10. The rooftop was a very spacious and was used for me to relax and enjoy the breeze. I would surely stay here again when visiting and would recommend this property to anyone visiting. Leeza was very helpful when I forgot my phone charger after checking out. She took the time to get back to me that it was found. Thanks Leeza !!

Walking distance from many attractions, business hubs, absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. All staff members on different shifts were eager to help and lend any assistance they could. As a female solo traveler I was most impressed with their security system when it came to entry to the building and by extension your particular floor. A great stay all together.

I had a good experience in the apartments during the 5 days I spent in Georgetown, Sanchia is a lovely person, she was very attentive and guided me how to get to the places in the city, she also helped me with exchanging money into the local currency. They work with a taxi agency that is the one they recommend for the safety of the guests, although there are others in the city in addition to public transportation. We reserve transportation from the airport to the apartments and vice versa in advance. I rented an apartment with a kitchen on the ground floor of the building. It is a modern construction, the room was clean, with simple and new furniture in good condition, hot and cold water, kitchen utensils, a small refrigerator, television. It also has 2 air conditioners, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room-kitchen-dining room, the latter did not work properly, it did not cool, only air came out. Something I didn't like is that the apartment didn't have windows so we didn't have a view of the city. Upon arrival, there were 2 small bottles of water. In the area where the hotel is located, there is a lot of traffic, generally throughout Georgetown, but we didn't feel any noise and we were able to sleep peacefully. I think we would stay here again although I would look for other cheaper alternatives because the price seems a little high to me. I thank Sanja for all her attention, as well as Michelle.
