Lovely accommodation with a warm and friendly reception team – it felt like visiting a friend’s house. It was great meeting people from all over the world and having interesting chats about food, travel, and politics. Genoa is a beautiful city, and the 4.5-hour walking tour arranged by the hostel was definitely worth it. We gave a €20 tip each, which we felt was well deserved.

The staff was friendly, especially one who was speaking French (my language). The room was ready when I arrived (12am) which was nice. My stay went well ! Some bathrooms are seperated from others, which is appreciable.

It's a very nice place to stay! The room is clean and comfy. It's also in a good location, which makes it convenient to walk to the train station or bus stop connected to the airport. More than that, all staff are super friendly!!

Like 10mins walk from train station, staff is nice, their pillows are the best among all the hostels I has been. The common area is very homey make it so easier to socialise with others. The free tour guy is a gem. Well equipped laundry service. Good bathroom to room ratio.

It was OK. Nice and clean. The luggage room was free, and that was very helpful. Thanks. Breakfast is very basic but ok.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—you could easily reach many of the main attractions on foot. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the people were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Staff were incredibly accommodating. I had had a rough day with my bag being stolen on the way and not only could they assist me but one member of staff even cooked me a meal as I had had my wallet stolen and had no food.

Clean bathrooms and toilets. Very near to the train station (6min’s walk). Lockers for every bed - Yay!
