The room was clean and comfy. Not really as pictured, which was a large part of the reason I picked this hotel, but we had no complaints either. We were only here for one night, but there were a lot of facilities in the room. Check in was easy and quick. I would recommend it 😊

The first room that was given to us was very clean to be honest. The only bad thing is the smell. I think someone smoked in the bathroom and it was really really bad. We urgently messaged Residence Hotel and they offered us another room in just 10minutes. Thank you for the fast response.

The room was fine if you were just 2 people, but we were 4 - and it was very tight. The location is brilliant so close to amazing restaurants. All the room facilities were fine

The toilet n bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It’s quite near the train station. Location wise was good.

close to Subway Tenjinminami station and konbinis. Family mart and 7-11(if im not mistaken). Just 2 stations away from Hakata Station. Closer when using Exit 6 Tenjinminami station but the lift/elevator is at exit 1 and 2.

Location is fine, 7-8 mins walk from Tenjin-Minami station. Room is specious. But there was some dust on the adapter and table.

Self-serve check in. They provide microwave oven so that we can heat the food. Also laundry detergent to let us wash our clothes(sweating in Sep). Tho we stayed for 2 nights, they gave us 2-day utility. It's pretty quiet in that zone. We spent 12600 yen for 2 nights for 2 adults. As the price, the hotel is good.

It is within the city. No need to ride a train or taxi when you go shopping.
