Atention from the get-go was on point, all indications were very clear. Staff can clearly communicate in english, which helped. The room was big and comfortable, with a terrific view of Mount Fuji. Onsen was terrific, couldn't have asked for more. Great stay, would love to be back!

Super clean and spacious place. Most rooms have a view towards Mount Fuji and it is amazing. It is also close to the two Hoto places in the village

Good service, thoughtful gestures such as delivering fresh towels, drinking water and etc. in a box although we did not request to clean the room.

Was super conveniently located and had lots of good food nearby. Unfortunately when we went it was foggy, but it would have had a decent view of mt Fuji too! The staff were super polite and helpful too! :)

We were forced to pay extra 900 yens at the reception for Onsen clothes which we did not use Onsen This cost was not show when we booked this place. The place was nice and the room is huge.

Location is excellent for Fuji viewing. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic view of Fuji from our room, if only for a few hours due to clouds and rain. 2 microwaves were handy.
