To use the property's free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Train Station, please make a reservation in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The shuttle service is available between the hours of 14:30 - 19:30.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Depending on circumstances, dinner consists of either a buffet or a multi-course meal, with Japanese dishes. Guests cannot choose the meal.A child rate applies to children between 2 and 12 years. Please inform the hotel directly of any children staying in the room. Contact information can be found in the booking confirmation.Extra bedding for children between the ages of 2 and 3 are available at a surcharge. Please notify the hotel in advance if you would like to use them.Check in is strictly from 15:00, and check-out is strictly before 10:00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The property is right at the lake located near bus station ( sightseeing busses only ) . This gives you a true japense experience from room to food !! So if you are looking to enjoy the japense culture go for it !! They do vegetarian food on request . Staff is very good and helpful

Beautiful view to Fuji and liked the outdoor balcony tub. Traditional Japanese experience with tatami mat room and kaiseki dinner in private room. Complimentary yukata to wear around the property was a lovely touch. Complimentary shuttle to station was great.

Mount Fuji can be viewed from the top of the hotel and the dinner & breakfast was fantastic. We were given a yukata to wear during our stay. Onsen was pleasant and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay, mostly thanks to the view and hot tub overlooking Mt Fuji. The team were very helpful and looked after our luggage after checkout for us. The only downside was that there was a cockroach in our room, but very clean otherwise

Very friendly staff and super good view of Mt Fuji. Room was clean. Onsen was superb. Especially love the outdoor onsen. The breakfast and dinner was lavish and delicious.
