We loved the cleanliness of the room, very spacious with all amenities you might need and very very quiet. Breakfast ladies were amazing, always smiling and ready to assist you! Front desk staff was also very helpful doing their job with smile on their face which is very welcoming and warm! They gave us couple of recommendations for restaurants and assisted me with ironing my dress so thanks a lot🙏🏻 We have booked the parking 600m away which I highly recommend as I dont find the city to be safe to leave the car overnight.

Excellent value for money, very close to centre, surprisingly large room with comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Easy to find and friendly staff who spoke English.

The hotel was about a 500m walk to the train which was one of the reasons for selecting it. The area was a bit run down but it was just a street over from the big plaza with lots of shopping cafes etc. We selected an executive room as the other rooms on paper seemed small and space we certainly got. A large bedroom plus a sitting room with a sofa and dining set. The breakfast had a good variety of food not just the cakes we have found a lot of Italian hotels. We found a delightful restaurant not far away called Casa Nik which I would highly recommend.

- Good service, the hotel is quite safe. Everyone had to ring in the bell then the entrance is open. The crews had cotrol over who is the guest and not - Very simple breakfast. - There is no lobby hall to sit for relax - The room is spacious with only a bed. It felt cold and empty. It’s better to invest one sofa or a couch.. - Hotel is closed to the centro and tve termini. It’s quite easy to find the parking too, and the fee is not so expensive 1,5€/h
