My review is based on a private room for 3 guests. Most comfortable hostel I've ever stayed in (most expensive one as well). It felt more like a hotel. The beds were incredibly comfy. Our room had a the shower-room and toilet separate, which was just perfect when you are travelling with 2 other people. Everything was clean and new. Excellent towels and toiletry provided. When we were inside the room it truly felt like a 4-star hotel. The staff were great and I would probably stay there again.

By far it was the best hostel that I stayed in my Italy Trip. The location is pretty central and near downtown, the support team was very detailed with the explanation regarding a things to do and transport by the city and the superb is the accommodation. I’ve not been in pool, however the rooms were so organized, the beds were brand new and there a nice space to put/hang our personal belongs much better than the other hostels.

One of the best hostels I ever stayed. Spacious clean rooms and comfortable bed. Well organized and the plus is the wardrobe that is big enough to hung some clothing and put your luggage in. The towel is included aswell soap and shower/shampoo

It was clean and modern. The roof terrace is nice. It had everything I needed, spacious lockers in the room and the room was also quite big. Good price and good location, easy to find and get to from the train station. The buffet breakfast was also very good with lots of options.

Decent location within Florence. Enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the steam room and the pool. Was also clean too.

The property was, clean well maintained with a spacious layout allowing easy access to the bedrooms. The common areas on the ground floor allowed for self catering. The all you can eat breakfast was generous and I especially liked the pistachio croissants.
