Really helpful and friendly staff. Reception was closed at check in but they were regularly in touch by text so made sure someone was there for us when we arrived. Welcoming and responded to text queries during the stay promptly. Lovely, traditional building with fabulous windows. Comfortable and clean. Close enough to walk in to the centre but far enough out to not be too busy. Great communal terrace. Coffee machine in the room, clean cotton linen and comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful time and the accommodation was fabulous. Great location, room was huge and as we were travelling with our son it was great we could share the space and not feel on top of each other. We would definitely revisit if we were in Florence again!

The location is very close to the tourist attractions. The room was very clean, we had water, biscuits and coffee included. It was cleaned daily. The staff was very nice. Everything was wonderful! I recommend.
