Host was incredibly helpfull. Map of the area, recommendations, even lending an umbrella for the rain. The room was well prepared, clean and the bed was comfortable. Even if the bathroom was shared, never had a problem using it when needed.

Great location a short walk from the station (useful when you have luggage!) and also a short walk from the Duomo. The street felt safe and there was plenty to eat and drink in a short distance. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Really appreciated being given a coffee pod each morning for the coffee machine!

Amazing location, with an amazing host who gave us great restaurant recommendations. We had a room with a shared bathroom, which was always super clean. Access to a washing machine which was great, kitchen facilities were also great. Great value for money

Impeccable. The host was very friendly and accommodating, the house was very clean, the room I stayed in was perfect (and smelt really good), and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a real bonus during my summer stay! I highly recommend it and hope to return for another trip to Florence!

Perfect location, super close walk to the train station and city. Our host was lovely and accomodating of us. Also bonus of a washing machine available to use.

Clean room and friendly staff! Paola and her son Roble made our vacation even much better - they left coffee capsules every morning at our room. In the shared kitchen there is an oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge - everything you need. Perfect location - 5mins to S.M.N train station and 5mins to the old center of the city and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.
