I want to express my great gratitude to the hotel for their hospitality and excellent service. The location is very convenient, with all attractions just about a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very welcoming, and the breakfasts are very tasty. Although the selection is small, everything is very delicious. I highly recommend it. The value for the price is 10 out of 10.

Great location (400 meters far from Duomo), great staff, very good room, very good breakfast... Sometimes wi-fi not so good. But no problem at all.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. Location is amazing, just a few steps from the Duomo. Staff was nice and helpful.

I have consider that breakfast was delicious however was not available much more kind of foods, in addition that good location and you can find really find stunning cultural points around the hotel.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Location is excellent - spitting distance to David. 2 photos are directly outside hotel at different angles. Plaza photo is from my room.

Location is absolutely superb, if I had researched more I would have realised the tram, from the airport, terminates at the San Marco university stop which is literally a 2 min walk to the hotel. However, enjoyed the walk from the Santa Maria Novella, (main station), which was lovely also, walked past the cathedral and through the bustling streets, this was only a 15-20 min scenic walk. Safety deposit box in the room, no charge, the bell tower chiming on an evening whilst getting ready was lovely to hear, did not ring all night. We had a lovely view over the square. Bathroom was modern.

The location is the best...10 minutes walk till Domo..I could even see the top roof of the Domo from my window The young guy from the reception was so friendly and helpful The breakfast was poor...very poor.
