The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable. My husband was allowed to play the piano for his own private enjoyment. The hotel is very close to the station and the high street. Altogether a pleasant stay.

Rooms are a little dated but seems that they are being done up… room as very clean and comfortable. Staff were lively especially the bar guy, so friendly!

Room was very comfortable and larger than expected. Nice en-suite with shower. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice.

Great position , beautiful property and very friendly staff . Plenty of parking and lovely options of community rooms to relax in . Looking forward to how the renovations will improve an all ready beautiful property. Felixstowe is a wonderful sea side resort- so so clean , welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast help urself, so relaxed & enjoy what U like. Late bar after Jim Davidson at Local Theatre. Beer in Hotel cheaper than Theatre, winner.

Stayed in the old part of the hotel and it was great, had a dirty pillow case on the bed when we arrived told reception less than 5 mins later it was changed and manager went over and above to make sure the room was to our liking.
