tasty bavarian food and calmness in the mountains.it is ideal for anyone that wants to walk from Fussen over Wieskirche,Ettaler Kloster and Plansee back to Fussen and for anyone that wants to have the nice set of the Wetterstein mountains without the fuss of Garmisch downtown.

We enjoyed one night stay in two very cosy and clean rooms. We liked the small town vibes and peaceful place. Parking was convenient. Mooing cows were just perfect for the picturesque atmosphere!

Very professional staff. Room was immaculately clean. We highly recommend the hotel restaurant-fantastic food and decent prices . No need to drive to Garmisch and search for parking.

I arrived at the hotel and the reception was closed, but there was an envelope with my room key in it. The restaurant was closed on the Thursday. Apart from two bakeries and a petrol station there weren't any facilities at all in the village. I was disappointed as I was wanting to be in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The reception was open the following day plus the restaurant. The food was poor.

During check in, the Mom, was great. We checked in early but was unable to get our room, was told the key would be waiting for us on our return from Oktoberfest. Had no problem parking, train station right beside hotel. Restaurants at and around hotel, cow bells in the morning, had a balcony with mtn views. It's Bavarian Mtns! Have stayed multiple times, will stay again. Good Breakfast.
