Cannot fault this Hotel it was just perfect. The rooms were lovely even down to the beds and pillows so comfortable. The location was great easy access to all attractions. The breakfast was much better than expected and a had a good selection of food. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Will be back.

The stay was lovely. Location was fantastic. Very nice, cooperative, friendly staff. we were upgraded to executive king suite which was a nice addition to our stay. There were games downstairs and a computer for people to use. Excellent breakfast although limited variety and repetitive.

Clean safe spacious double queen room with buffet breakfast close to Penn subway. Would like to praise Mustapha at reception , the cloakroom and door staff and those working at the buffet.

Check in was smooth. The staff is friendly and ready to help if needed. The beds are comfortable. The location is extremely good, close to the subway to reach the main places in NYC.

Great location, just 5 min walk from the subway station. The hotel room was comfortable, with a good sized bed. It would be nice if there were hooks in the bathroom. Our room was on the top floor and at the end of the corridor, which was great for the views and silence. The staff was lovely. There are only two lifts to floors 15-28th so be prepared to wait for it for a few minutes every time. The breakfast was okay, there were good healthy options like porridge, apples and bananas, granola and yoghurt, but also eggs, potatoes, sausages, sweet muffins and cereal. There are tea options and coffee, but not a good one. They also use disposable cutlery and plates which makes the experience a bit strange, like having a picnic.

Location was so good, everything was super close, especially Penn Station. From the hotel, everything in Midtown is walking distance. Room was very clean and were cleaned by stuff every day. Wifi was good, did not have any problems with it. Very modern and good looking hotel. Breakfast was good, a lot of things to offer.

Great location; 5minutes from Penn station, great room on the 27th floor; lovely view, great shower, roomy and had a microwave and small fridge. Good included breakfast; hot and cold items.
