Great hotel with nice views across Ella. Can’t fault it at all. Slightly steep walk back to hotel not a problem for us but some may struggle a little with this. Great staff who looked after us and always available for transport if needed. Ella also a great location with good choice of places to eat and things to do.

Very nice property in Ella. Good breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. Make sure you spend some time by the pool which has stunning views.

The highlight of our trip. Amazing place with beautiful views, very comfortable room, nice bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with everything you can dream, tasty food and nice service. Very attentive manager who was there and talked to us at every step of our stay, from check in to check out. We loved everything

Stunning views from the restaurant, the pool restaurant and bar and the pool itself. But it is the staff who make this hotel a great place to stay. Friendly and helpful without exception they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was big and clean. Barman Maliksh?? And the other waiting staff last week. Particularly helpful and engaging, as was the minibus driver that always picked us up whenever we were down the town.. The views are stunning

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff on reception and in restaurant who can’t do enough for you to ensure your stay is as good as possible. As other reviews say the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, but this means the views are incredible from anywhere in the hotel. Lunch in the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Staff was welcoming. The room had two balconies with stunning views of the falls, temple, Ella Rock and Little Adam's Peak.
