Perfect for a stay in Ella. Comfortable beds, clean and modern room/bathroom. Hot shower! Great value for money. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre of Ella and close to Nine Arches. Also, the owners were very kind and made some tea when we arrived. Also they arranged a taxi for us. I would definitely recommend!

Pleasant experience in Sri Lanka. The room is clean and spacious. Lovely terrace. Short walk to town and sights, see also the negative comment on this. The owner is what makes this place so welcoming. He is friendly. Most importantly he does not try to push his services or his friends services, but leaves you to relax in peace in his house. The owner drove us to the station for free. Good man. The downside. The shower could have better pressure. No views. The location score goes down as the town itself isn't very pleasing. Walk is by a very busy road with no walkways. Train station is near, but too dangerous to walk.

We got two rooms here for me and my mom,just for one night. The location is perfect for exploring and close to Ella, however the rooms are not equally comfortable. There are only two rooms, and the cheaper one has a very very hard mattress. The bathrooms were also full of mosquitoes.The place also gets loud enough around 6am,but nothing crazy. The owner was a bit pushy trying to get us an expensive tuktuk(8000rupees for going to three spots near or in Ella, around 20km max)and a taxi ride. I managed to arrange both at half the price. This left a bitter taste.

Beautiful surroundings and far enough from the centre to be quiet but only a few minutes walk into town. The hosts were extremely friendly and very attentive. Breakfasts were amazing. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

What a lovely family. They went the extra mile for us. Great setting away from the hustle and bustle of ella town. Lovely verandah. Good chats. Nothing was too much.

The Host was very nice and caring. I arrived beeing sick already and they prepared healthy herbal tee for me. Also when I had to leave at 2am in the night to catch a bus, the host woke up for me and drove me to the bus station. The room was comfy and clean. Great mosquito net above the bed to prevent you from the many mosquiotos. Cute balcony to relax.

The host are welcoming, they will ask time to time if you need something. just far enough but not too far from the center to avoid all the noise of the main Ella street ( 7-8 minutes walk) . The room was clean, every basics you need are provided. Good value for money .

The friendliness of the hosts. It’s a lovely family that welcomed us very warmly. They recommended nice places in the neighbourhood, very helpful. We also enjoyed the location. It’s walking distance to the city centre but far enough to let you enjoy the quietness. It’s also close to many trails and tourist attractions.
