The restaurant and bar was the best of the hotel. The pineapple smoothies were out of this world! He goes to the garden and plucks a fresh pineapple and it is the sweetest freshest pineapple ever! He made the best drinks! The meals are also fantastic

Best place we have ever stayed (and we travel quite alot). The rooms were okay. What made this our facorite place ever was the location, views and the staff. We will definitely come back. This place is a gem.

Brilliant staff, great chef and breakfasts, stunning views and a great location. Would recommend Chill Ville to anyone staying in Ella who wants to see the town centre, all the local attractions but also relax in the calm surroundings.

Super friendly staff and some of the best dahl we’ve eaten in Sri Lanka. The breakfast is awesome and the setting is breathtaking. It was cloudy when we were there so can only imagine how spectacular it is in the sunshine. Google says this place is 25 mins out of ella which isn’t true (10-15 mins in a tuk tuk). Really tranquil and beautiful spot with staff who go out of their way to make your stay special. Would absolutely recommend people stay here

The hotel is immersed into the beautiful landscape of Ella, with great garden and really nice facilities. It is not in the Ella's center but they have tuk tuk in case you would like to go somewhere. The room is massive, with a nice patio and everything needed. The staff is impressive, so kind and gentle-this was the real highlight of this accommodation. We had a very early check out and they prepared a breakfast to take with us during the journey. I would strongly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Wonderful location: 10 minutes away from Ella, quiet and with a wonderful view of the hills. Simple room but tastefully furnished and spacious. All bungalows are well spaced and offer privacy. We also tried the restaurant and breakfast, the food is really good and the view is priceless! The staff is very kind.
