We had an enjoyable stay at the voco Edinburgh Hotel. The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast selection was superb and continually restocked. Its location is excellent, handy for all of the sights, and close to the tram system.

I had a wonderful experience at the voco Hotel. Staff were so helpful and hospitable from beginning to end. Rebecca looked after me and upgraded my room when she heard that I was on a solo trip to relax after a busy work placement. She always asked how I was doing and went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable and accessible in the hotel. The location was perfect. No complaints, will definitely be returning!

STAFF VERY GOOD WOULD DEFFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, REBECCA ON RECEPTION WAS REALLY KIND TO US AND WE HAD A ROOM UPGRADE AND A FREE WELCOME DRINK, LOCATION NEAR TO TRAM STATION AND SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS HAD A REALLY NICE TRIP.

We were given a small room in the basement underground which was depressing but on request we were given a fantastic room on the 1st floor overlooking the garden

The hotel was just what we needed , for a visit to Edinburgh and a show at the playhouse. We did not have breakfast at the hotel .

Excellent location, beautiful hotel, breakfast was excellent, bed super comfortable and having a coffee machine was a nice surprise. Bathroom was really lovely too. All the staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful
