Great location for both Old and New Town. Staff were lovely. Price quite high but we felt it was worth it to be bang in the centre of Princes Street!

Very comfortable position to visit the city center. We had a free upgrade with the room. At the beginning we didn't have breakfast included, but decided to purchase on the day: it was the best decision. Very good breakfast and good value

It is a fabulous location. The bar/breakfast area is great, looking over to the gardens. The breakfast was delicious. Beds are comfortable.
