It was so centrally located. Murray our host was very welcoming. Helped us eith our luggage and queries about places to go etc. A homely atmosphere.

A wonderful accommodation with fabulous Scottish breakfast on the corner of the Bus Station and a major department store, less than 10mins to Princess Street. I would have loved to return to this B&B if finding available room for my stay.

Pleasant and chatty host, very helpful and gave us plenty information on the house and location. Breakfast had plenty choice and was served quickly, hot with decent servings.

Location in New Town right next to the bus station and very close to the airport tram and Waverley Station. Murray was very helpful with advice and with our luggage. Breakfast was delicious.

The location was perfect, by the bus station and near the theatre. The host was very friendly and accommodating as he let us check in early with our bags. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Comfortable place of accommodation and its less than 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. Mr Murray and Mr Howard were great hosts. Second time staying here and will return whenever I am in Edinburgh.
