Abby is a lovely man, nothing was too much trouble for him, he has great knowledge of the area, best places to visit/eat etc. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Edinburgh. Oh, and breakfast is brought to your door as well every morning, can't beat it.

Perfectly located accommodation, meticulously clean, affordable and lovely welcoming host. Short distance to city centre with a good choice of buses, restaurants and shops in walking distance, and close to beautiful walks to Arthur's Seat, the Salisbury Crags, Holyrood Park and Meadowfield Park. Utterly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

The communication was perfect, we got the chance to drop off our luggage and the host was very friendly and courteous. He brought us the breakfast to the room and always asked if everything is fine or if we need something else.
