Room was clean. Did not like the steps up. Front room where host was located was a dismal, messed up disaster. Our bathroom was cold. Bed was fine.

From the outside the property looks old and a bit run down, but the welcome you get is great. The rooms are as in the photos, very clean and homely. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided as well as a TV. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful and the location is a brief walk to the city, Heuston Station, Luas and buses.

Perfect location near Heuston station, nice room, friendly and efficient check-in. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was even a kettle in the room with tea and coffee.

Owner and cleaning lady were very nice and helpfull. Location is good. Room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and tidy when we arrived. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent location. Few steps away from Huston Station where you can take bus, luas or train. Affordable price per night. Clean and warm room with good supply of tea and coffee. Very friendly and kind receptionist.

The bed was comfy and it was convenient for me because it’s 2 mins from Heuston station. The wifi is good. Easy entrance and late check in.
