For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due on the date of booking.Full payment is due 2 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within less than 2 weeks full payment must be made at the time of the booking.(a) Cancellation of complete booking received up to 2 weeks prior to arrival is subject to 25% non-refundable charge.(b) Cancellations of complete group received after 2 weeks prior to arrival date - full charge will apply.Please advise the Hotel within 24 hours from receiving this message if you wish to proceed with above reservation and agreeing to the group policy terms and conditions explained above.Kindly note that the property cannot accept top-up debit cards.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. the bar/restaurant located in the original drawing room has been restored to its original and is a lovely place to hang out watching the world go by on Parnell Square.

The staff were amazing, really helpful, welcoming and so friendly and the location is perfect. Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable with an old, lumpy mattress and the water pressure wasn’t great either.

The building the staff. Especially the little girl at reception i think she had red hair or dark hair. Very pleasant accent small girl who i ordered pizza with and a Guinness . Very polite and a lovely young woman. 1st class... wonderful personality. I think if every hotel had her at reception to check in and work in the bar area it would be a very pleasant run place to stay. So if your reading this id just like to say keep up the good work.
