Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a standard holiday home. You may hear construction noise from renovations nearby. Room service is not provided. You will be in a lively neighborhood which is prone to noise from nearby nightlife. The gym, sauna and steam room are open with limited capacity. Please note, select spaces offer a twin bedroom, limited square footage, and no windows. Sonder offers guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures guests can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

The bar and restaurant in the lobby are open until 3 am. You may experience loud music in the evenings. Great location, can use the facilities of the Rixos hotel as well. The apartment was massive, all bedrooms had en-suites, large floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings. Amazing place!

We have been visiting Dubai yearly for over a decade and this was our fourth time at Sonder JBR. We love the spacious apartments and the available facilities. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is clean. The staff is very kind and responsive through online chat communication. We keep returning also because of the location. JBR is a family friendly spot and great activities and restaurants within walking distance. Huge plus since Dubai traffic can be crazy and we don’t want to waste our time stuck in traffic every day. The pool area is perfect for adults and families with kids. The staff was very accommodating when we requested another room on a higher floor. I arrived on my birthday and the lovely lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name, Russian speaking lady) noticed it when checking my passport. We were offered complimentary early check-in which was heaven because we were so tired from traveling and the kids could use a nap. When we came back to the apartment after dinner, the staff had surprised me with a delicious birthday cake which was so thoughtful. It really made my bday trip arrival extra special!

- Staff is amazing - very friendly and always quick to help. Whenever we needed something (more coffee, towels, ....) it was brought to our room immediately. - The apartment was very spacious and clean. - The club where the apartmens are located has a nice pool and is right by the beach. - Many restaurants close by.

Central location on Jbr., restaurants, cafes, shops are all there. Very nice, huge, comfortable apartment with spectacular views. Beach facilities are perfect. You have everything, what you need, even for a long stay. The staff was extreemly helpfull. We were celebrating my son's birthday on the first night, and the girl from Philippines, Tenesse, surpised us with an amazing birtday cake.
