Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach just on ⁷The Walk, restaurants and everything you need just around the corner. We booked 1 bedroom apartement but were upgraded to double bedroom apartement with balcony wich is very large and has two bathrooms. Some of the equipement was little bit dated but funktional and everything was clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Towels and umbrella to the beach is extreamly usefull. Pool is ok and we appreciated playground for kids. Breakfast is good, every day was something new even though the basics remain the same. Thank you for perfect stay in your hotel.

The market employee, restaurant chef (worked in Turkey before) and bellboy were very attentive. The bellboy prevented us from being ripped off by the taxi driver on the way from the airport and helped us a lot by downloading the Careem application to our phone.I called for an air conditioner failure and the technical staff came and solved the problem within 5 minutes.

This was our many Ramada accommodations, and we were always satisfied with everything. Now our 8-day vacation started with a little bump. I booked two accommodations, a smaller apartment ( room No 105) and a king-size room.( Room No 107) The first thing we got on the day of arrival was a rather weathered accommodation and since we arrived late, I informed the reception the next morning that things were not working in the accommodations.( leaking WC tank, noisy AC) The next morning, an extremely polite lady at the reception indicated that they knew about the problems and immediately recommended a room changing: as soon as they finished cleaning the room, they would transfer our luggages to a new place. Previously, they showed us a similar room, which we accepted. From then on, we could enjoy the usual Ramada quality. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is magnificent and after Abu Dhabi, Oman, the Canary Islands, and Lisbon, we will choose a Ramada chain hotel again next time. 10 points for everything! :)

Good-the staff especially Angelo and his female opposite-(sorry didn’t get her name) couldn’t have been more helpful (they are restaurant staff) also the staff who helped with taxi -highly recommended all of them -thank you

Hotel family room wasn’t clean, all furniture in stains, mini-kitchen in stains and parts broken, towels not the fresh ones.

Very good placed,close to the JBR (5min walk), metro station 15min, pleasant room services and helpful concierge, modern equipped rooms, breakfast on average level (if you stay more days-a little boring and monotonous), too many Russians here (unfortunately a symbol of this time and this city)

The apartment was huge, over 80 square meters for 1 bedroom apartment. Plenty of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very polite and helpful.
