The Staff was great, The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious.The staff added 2 breakfast for kids, without any charges. There was free shuttles to Dubai mall and a few other places, at regular hours of the day. Except for the food quality was great stay and value for Money.

Breakfast was poor on indian food but we are indian and we dont mind missing a few days without Overall the food variety is a bonus. We had excellent attention of your staffs at the buffet, namely Rajneesh Rana. He knows what customers want and quickly learns to offer us our favourites like juices and fresh cut fruits.

We had a wonderful stay! The facility is beautiful, with great views, including a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa during the New Year fireworks. The staff made our experience smooth and enjoyable—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time. Special thanks to Luiza, Nipen, Hussain, and Joseph the chef, who stood out with their excellent service. They were part of a fantastic team that made our visit memorable. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
