Room size is adequate, breakfast is nice (it's owned by a baker so breads are quite nice), location is 10/10 given it's across the road from downtown. There is a huge supermarket right below that has all the essentials + options for budget shopping/souvenirs.

I travelled to Dubai for a very short trip with my wife and a one year old boy. The booking process was very easy, and I had very responsive communication with the team for requests that I had which they accommodated to the best of their availabilities. I was picked up by one of the team, Kalyan, who was an absolute gem. He not only did his job of airport pickup but also made sure we were comfortable. Following this he gave us a lot of suggestions and advice on how and where to visit in limited time. The food was very good and the location was ideal for what we were looking for. The mall on the ground floor was a bonus for a quick shopping. Nyet was the one who checked us in and was very helpful. It was a very easy process and we sure enjoyed the upgrade , our son did more then us. Roland was very helpful and cheerful and really helped us a lot as well.

The staff on the reception and in the restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly. All the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly people. They really made our staying in the hotel enjoyable.

Location close to City Walk and Downtown Dubai Mall was excellent, the hotel rooms are very spacious and value for money considering the location and time we have reserve it.
