Good hotel close to the airport and metro line helpful staff all ways ready to help The pool was a great relief from the Dubai heat

5 mins by car from the airport. Breakfast is AED50 per adult when upgraded with the room. Children under 6 is free of charge. Room is spacious but I don’t like the auto vanity lights. Staff at the restaurant only escorted blonde guests to a table. Rest of guests go in and find their own tables. Fruits bar had some flies. Hygiene to be improved.

It's a great hotel. They have 3 pools and a nice kiddies area. The pool restaurant has a decent menu, the coffee shop doesn't have much. The breakfast is ok. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean and neat. I had a bit of an allergy to the carpets, it looked and smelled clean but perhaps it needs a thorough vacuum. It's so close to the airport, you can see the airport. You can take the metro from the airport and get off at Ggico station which is walking distance to the hotel. The metro can take you to basically anywhere for a fraction of the price. It's a dry hotel but the millennium hotel next door has some nice restaurants and serve alcohol. There's also a convenience store, nail salon and barber across the street value for money. Great if you need to be close to the airport.

Staff were very friendly & caring. I visited with my friend & we were celebrating her birthday. The hotel noticed that it was her birthday & they surprised her with a cake. The house keeping team decorated her bed with Balloons, flowers etc. They made it a special birthday to remember.
