The location was great, close to Burj Khalifa and shopping mall. The stuff was kind and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool was big enough.

I had a good experience I FOUND the hotel descend but what make my stay wonderful was the staff especially Mr ABERAZZAK the receptionist he was exceptional and very professional he did wonders in my stay to make me happy and confortable i will recommend the hotel and him also for your stay

Staff are warm and helpful. I would like to add that the acknowledgment of certain things also does show that the staff do try to improve and we certainly look forward to seeing some improvements.
