We had an amazing stay at Anantara Downtown Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Ahmed at the reception—he was incredibly helpful and professional and ensured everything was perfect for us. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. We would definitely stay here again

The property visually please the eye. The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. I got upgraded to a suite which was a nice gesture after my flight got cancelled and had to shorten my stay.

Great communication with the hotel from booking to check-in/out. Staff were welcoming and always happy to help. Location was ideal! Lovely view of the Burj Khalifa from the hotel front. My husband and I attended the NYE fireworks display at the Burj Khalifa and we were safely back at the hotel - less than 30 minutes (walking). We were greeted with lovely welcome messages- on arrival and for the New Year. Breakfast was excellent and always provided a variety of dishes/fruits etc. I especially enjoyed the Indian breakfast choices available.
