The staff was excellent, all of our needs were met with kindness and smiles, and the breakfast was lovely. 0 hidden costs. The hotel deserves 4 stars at least. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this location.

The rooftop jacuzzi was an absolute highlight, good location. We could rent a bikes for 4hours free from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location, facilities were superb - loved the pool, gym and roof top terrace - food was delicious with gluten free fully catered for, parking was easy and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. All questions were responded to very quickly before we arrived and the staff went above and beyond both before and during our stay to make our time at the hotel perfect. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and cosy and served by local buses and/ or at a decent walkable distance from the main station. The personnel was lovely and caring. Although the reheated swimming pool was not that big, it was a nice add- on and a great way to finish the day with young kids The breakfast was also refreshing and delicious.

We loved our stay, the staff were truly amazing! Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as was the dinners we had grest value. a perfect place to stay for couples and families.

Excellent selection of pastries, meat and cheeses and hot food. Lovely panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Didn't use the indoor pool next to the restaurant but looked welcoming. Plenty of parking but must mention that the spaces are cosy so glad that I hired a small car. Must give a special mention to Sylvie who was always welcoming and smiling, She also gave us advice for our day out in Verona which helped immensely. Menu for evening meal seemed limited to me however when we ate there the meal was excellent.

We loved the food at the breakfast and dinner and the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and tidy and made up when asked . Really great atmosphere around the whole place! The bike hire was a huge perk for us and a wonderful way to see the area!! I will say again, the staff were awesome and very kind and helpful!!
