The customer service was really good..pleasant smile and fast response make our heart warm..the room was okay..clean and comfortable but I think you guys need to improve on the mattress and pillow..I had a very bad back pain sleeping on the bed coz the mattress spring was poking my bed..and I had severe neck pain coz the pillow..I have requested for additional pillow but they said cannot..but they changed the other one which is same like previous ..other than that the pool and beach make me so happy like a kid..

Friendly staff, lucky me have new room at ground floor view swimming pool. It’s easy for my child to go out thru glass going for swimming. Somemore this is my 2nd come stay

The facility is clean during check in and also the pool is convenient to access. the scenery is beautiful and easy access to the beach. Guarded area and safe.

Okay. Near beach 2/3minit arrived. Have 2/3 pool. So kids can play without many people / crowded.
