24 hr check in, as my flight was delayed and I arrived at 2am. Very comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and fantastic friendly, helpful staff.

We loved the hospitality, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the cleaning service and the room is a good size for us and the comfort of the bed and pillows was spot one, overall a great hotel to stay in.

First time in Denpasar so not really aware of the location until we got there. More traditional area with not many restaurants around. Staff were very helpful in suggesting where to go to eat and shop and helping us book transport. We had lunch in the cafe and it was very nice. Overall, the best thing was the staff.

Room looked like it has some touch ups. Water dispensers rather than water bottles provided - great step towards being environmentally friendly.

Amazing customer service, we checked in at midnight and we’re still assisted as if it were 3pm. The room was nice and comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

I'm a frequent traveller to Denpasar area. Will always choose Haris as it is near to my intended places of interest. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are sufficiently comfortable
