There was no breakfast. No coffee facility inside the room. You have to buy their coffee and even their hot water. Luckily the staff at night gave me a free cup of hot water to make my own coffee. I didn't know that there is no lift. The staff has to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor during our check-in but we have to carry it down to the ground floor when we checked out early in the morning.

It's super clean - amoy malinis din. The cr, beds, floor, etc. Super clean. It does look old but well maintained pati AC It's accessible. Near McDonald's, bangkerohan and one ride to Gaisano, Roxas, etc. I love it

Centrally located. Just go out and take a bit of a walk to access places to buy food, eat, and sites to see. We particularly like to go to the Eatery near Peaple's park called "Uleng's Batchoy, both the batchoy and goto are so good. Commuting anywhere is easy. Staff are super great.. Reception is very important as it is the first impression of the place, Both the receptionist who receives are great and very helpful to us giving directions and suggest ways to commute.

The staff are helpful and friendly. I appreciate them placing us on the 2nd floor as we had a lot of bags and they have no elevator. The beds were very comfortable.
