Very convenient location for visiting Britannia College and Dartmouth in general, and parking available. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Ideally it would be better to have bigger bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom rather than the tiny one provided but that’s only a small point.

Absolutely fabulous stay , 16 Century farm house, great welcome upon arrival, would highly recommend, walking distance down into town, but catching the No 90 bus on the way back as its a fair climb back up. Breakfast was exceptionally good .

Four poster bed!! Also an unbelievably comfy bed, so nice. An extra blanket and pillows were provided which I had asked for but I needn't have worried the room was lovely and warm when I got back from the theatre in the evening. Loved the privacy and peace and quiet, a friendly service at breakfast :)
