Location is brilliantat at price which is affordable, clean, spacious.Its a bright and happy place. Owner very responsive. Everything is at stone's throw. The bay, shops,groceries,restaurants and bus stand.

Fantastic place, very smart and comfortable, super clean and had everything you needed. Fab shower! Great location for wandering into centre, nice spot for sitting out. Wish we could've stayed longer and hope to return, Lorna very helpful too, much appreciated, thanks!

Most beautiful property, nice and airy. Lots of space everything you could need for a few days away from home or even longer. So close to the main activities in Dartmouth. Everything is so close to hand, the lady was very helpful coming to help me get in and show me around as I’m visually impaired. There are some stairs that go up to the property that take a little bit of managing. Maybe not suitable for people who are not very steady on their feet. However, I felt that just added to the quaintness of the place to stay, and I love it there and I’ll be staying again .

Amazing location with everything you need just a short stroll away from Dartmouth harbour. I We plan to go back and advise anyone else to give it a try, it's a great place to stay.
