The host was responsive and helpful. Location excellent. Quiet and safe (for a solo traveller). Linen clean and comfy bed. Basic (plus) accommodation. My stay was fair-to-good but comments below explain why not outright good. It is small (as expected) and value for money. I am quite petite and a lone traveller.

Accomodation was very comfortable with compact bathroom and excellent shower. Location could not be more central. Very quiet on a Friday night No problem parking overnight Host was very helpful even posting on item we carelessly left behind

This property is as described so read carefully before you book and you won't be disappointed. It is a great location for Dartmouth town and at a good price per night with everthing you'd find in a decent hotel room. We've stayed in lots of places in Dartmouth and this is now added to our list.
