Zoey was excellent and extremely helpful. We had a lovely 2 days. The apartment was great. The only complaint is the leather sofas in the lounge were constantly shredding and leaving bits all over the apartment so we made sure to hoover before leaving.

I spoke with the lady working in the Laundry room as I was unsure if I was in correct parking bay, she reassured me I was, and her demenoer was friendly and welcoming, so truly an asset to the company.
